Retail beans are available for sale.   We use Corsair coffee exclusively at Caffé Posto. Corsair was founded in Wichita, and roasts all of its beans here in town. They are committed to sourcing only the finest beans available from the best farmers around the world. All their coffees are roasted in small batches, and shipped/delivered within 24 hours of roasting. This allows us to offer the freshest cup of coffee in town! At Caffé Posto, we also brew each pot of Corsair to the strictest of standards. We maintain a consistent brewing temperature to prevent scorching and ensure a smooth tasting cup of coffee. All water used for brewing undergoes a sophisticated reverse osmosis filtration and all beans are ground to exacting specifications.
