At Caffé Posto, we also brew each pot of Corsair to the strictest of standards. We maintain a consistent brewing temperature to prevent scorching and ensure a smooth tasting cup of coffee. All water used for brewing undergoes a sophisticated reverse osmosis filtration and all beans are ground to exacting specifications.
